Update on legal stuff...again

Sigh...like I said to someone today, I hope this is it. I am just sick and tired and tired and sick of legal stuff. At first I felt like it was kind of cool, you know, going before a judge, signing papers, having a lawyer(talk about weird, k?)but now that I've been through it all, I am done. Finito. End of story. My soon to be ex husband went to court today(it was put off from October 23rd)and was ordered to pay an extra $33 a month on top of what he is already supposed to be paying. It is retroactive to last month, but seeing as he is 4 months behind with the regular support, we'll see if this is actually done. Also, I had asked that he pay half special expenses, ie, school fees and music lessons. When I talked to him last night he insisted he felt like it was a given he pay for her piano as he wanted her to have music in her life, but he refused to pay school fees as according to him there are perfectly good free schools in the city. Nice guy...then after the ruling of no fees, and no special expenses, he gleefully announced he was paying nothing but the child support, and that was all I was getting from him. Same story, different circumstance...I am just tired of the stories, excuses, verbal abuse, and just plain garbage I have to put up with. After speaking with him twice in the last 24 hours, I heard 3 versions of one story, 2 different accounts of a job, and 2 different areas he was currently living. I give up! He asked me a few times in the conversation why I was divorcing him when he loved me so much! ???? I won't even go there...anyways, I signed the first batch of papers on Friday and the divorce should be done quickly from this point on, cause he did give me an address. Hopefully he stays there for at least a month...
