Aching head...

I will definitely try not to complain too much, but yiii, this weather is giving me some pretty nasty headaches! The chinook yesterday and the overcast sky today...I cannot shake this one! I guess it does not help that added to a few other stresses in my life right now, including the fact that I have not slept more than 4 hours a night for almost a week...hmmmm, yep, that explains it! Sigh...I HATE getting stressed out over things, but I cannot seem to help it, and I tend to think too much about it and that makes it worse! My eating has been horrid, one day nothing, the next too much...AGH! LOL! The good thing is I have not gained any weight but I know my body hates the up and down thing...I hope things calm down soon or I am going to be a walking scarecrow by the time I get married in 6 weeks! I am trying to spread all of the planning out with some of my friends and they have all been a tremendous help to me! Thanks gals! I did something pretty dumb over a week ago and have been beating myself up about that as well, so I need to move past it, KNOW I cannot do it again(sigh...why I did it in the first place I still cannot figure!)and just look forward to spending the rest of my life with my amazing, wonderful husband to be that God has given me! I am still in awe at how He works!
